2024 年 6 月 6 日，中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)與巴西證券交易委員會(huì)在北京更新簽署了《證
券期貨監(jiān)管合作諒解備忘錄》，標(biāo)志著中巴證券期貨監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的合作進(jìn)入一個(gè)新
階段。
多年來，中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)與巴西證券交易委員會(huì)保持著良好的合作關(guān)系，為雙方
資本市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域合作營(yíng)造了良好的監(jiān)管環(huán)境。本次雙方著眼資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和跨境監(jiān)
管工作需要，對(duì) 1997 年簽署的《證券監(jiān)管合作諒解備忘錄》進(jìn)行更新，對(duì)于進(jìn)
一步加強(qiáng)中巴資本市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管合作具有重要意義。目前，中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)已與 67 個(gè)國(guó)
家和地區(qū)的證券期貨監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)簽署雙邊監(jiān)管合作諒解備忘錄，建立了跨境監(jiān)管與
執(zhí)法合作機(jī)制。
China Securities Regulatory Commission Signed Amended Memorandum of
Understanding Regarding Securities and Futures Regulatory Co-operation with
Comiss?o de Valores Mobiliários of Brazil (2024/6/7)
On June 6th, 2024, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the
Comiss?o de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) of Brazil signed the amended Memorandum
of Understanding (MOU) Regarding Securities and Futures Regulatory
Co-operation in Beijing, marking a new stage of the cooperation between securities
regulatory authorities of the two countries.
Over the years, the CSRC has been actively collaborating with the CVM to
create a sound regulatory environment for bilateral capital market cooperation.
Considering the development of capital markets and the demand of cross-border
regulation and supervision, both authorities amended the Memorandum of
