美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）宣布，向一名提供詳細信息支持執法行
動的舉報人頒發超過 450 萬美元的獎勵。由于該舉報人擁有相當專業的行業知識，
使得他為執法部（DOE）全員提供了數量和質量都相當可觀的協助。
執法主任 Ian McGinley 表示：“這次的獎勵對于一名多次與執法部工作人員
接觸并提供寶貴信息的舉報人來說是適當的。CFTC 特別感謝舉報人在執法行動
中發揮的關鍵作用。我們知道，前來提供支持并非總是易事?！?
檢舉辦公室主任 Brian Young 表示： “提供協作和信息，從而促成 CFTC 的執
法行動成功的舉報人并不需要是內部人員。任何提供可用于執法的信息
（actionable information）的人，包括受害者、證人和內部人員，都有資格根據

CFTC Announces Whistleblower Award Over $4.5 Million (2024/6/3)
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it awarded over
$4.5 million to a whistleblower who provided detailed information in support of an
enforcement action. The whistleblower provided assistance to the Division of
Enforcement (DOE) that was significant in both amount and quality. DOE staff
greatly relied on the whistleblower’s industry expertise.
“This award appropriately rewards a whistleblower who gave valuable
information during multiple contacts with DOE staff,” said Director of Enforcement
Ian McGinley. “The CFTC especially appreciates the critical role whistleblowers play
