technology to disrupt the fraud; and collaboration on enforcement efforts. Several
agencies also collaborated on an anti-victimization messaging campaign to warn
Americans to remain vigilant against emerging fraud threats.

participants heard remarks from CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam and DOJ NCET
Director Claudia Quiroz.

美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）宣布，應指定合約市場和衍生品清算機
構 ForecastEx LLC 的請求，市場監管部與清算及風險部決定對涉及互換交易數
據報告和記錄保存規定的事項采取不行動立場。
各相關部門將不會建議委員會對 ForecastEx 或其參與者因未遵守特定互換
交易記錄保存的規定，或未將依據 ForecastEx 規則執行或受其規則約束的二元期
權交易數據報告至互換交易報告庫的行為采取執法措施。
該不行動函僅適用于極為少數的情形，并且其性質類似于針對其他處于相似
